What we collect, and what we don't.

Short version: the only personal information we get from this site is what you type into the contact form. We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use tracking cookies.

What you send us

The contact form collects your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. That goes to our inbox and is used for one thing: replying to you and, if it goes further, doing the work we talk about. It is not added to a marketing list and you will not get a newsletter you did not ask for.

We keep those messages for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Analytics

We measure how many people visit which pages, using privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and do not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. What we see is aggregate: page views, rough location at country or region level, and what kind of device was used. We cannot identify you from it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else touches it

The site is hosted on Vercel, and email reaches us through our business email provider. Those companies process the data in order to run the service, and nothing about you is shared with anyone else, sold, or used to train anything.

Client work

This page covers this website only. Any information handled inside a system we build for a client is governed by the agreement with that client — that data stays theirs, on infrastructure they control, and it is never pooled across customers.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email Connor@integrai8hq.com and we will action it. No account or form required.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 13 August 2026.
